Steve Goggins - Owner
Steve Goggins was born December 15, 1963, in Chatham, VA and is the youngest of six siblings. He went to Chatham High School, where he was a four-year letterman in football. He also lettered in track & field and wrestling. He started powerlifting while in high school, around 1979.
Steve served in the US Army from September of 1983, until May of 1990. While in the Army, he served in the 82nd Airborne and was a member of the Armed Forces Powerlifting Team. He has competed in powerlifting for over 25 years and was the first powerlifter to squat 1100 pounds. he has won many titles since he started powerlifting as a teenager.
Steve now resides in Marietta, GA. He offers his programming and coaching, and is available for seminars. He has been a personal trainer since he came out of service in 1990 and is certified through Cooper Institute in Dallas, TX.

Ronnell Leftwich - Manager & Coach/Trainer
Ronnell Leftwich Jr was born January 4, 1989 in Washington DC. Graduated from Cedar Shoals High School in Athens Georgia where he played varsity basketball. He later played basketball for Toccoa Falls College. After his second season. He transferred to Kennesaw State and Graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Management.
Ronnell has been around the iron sport since he was a young child watching his father compete in bodybuilding. He later became a certified personal trainer and coach in 2010. He has been directly trained by Steve Goggins for 6 years in his powerlifting coaching/training. He has also excelled in the sport of powerlifting where he has broken many records and elevated to one of the best in the world. Also having experience in leading training classes and CrossFit; Ronnell is an extremely versatile and charismatic trainer with a passion for all iron sports and fitness.
